Biografía

Javier Ruiz-Castillo, doctor en economía por Northwestern University, ha sido profesor en la Universidad Complutense, Director General del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y, desde 1990 a 2017, profesor de la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Su investigación se ha centrado en Economía del Bienestar y Economía Pública y, desde 2008 a 2017, en Cientometría.
